TZJ Chinese slurry pump is a new generation of centrifugal slurry pump based on modern fluid mechanics and mechanics theory. TZJ series slurry pump is specially designed for heavy-duty, high-lift applications such as power plant ash removal, mine tailings, and oil-lubricated water cooling. The design allows the bearings to always work at a lower temperature, and the direct drive is always optional. By trimming the impeller to the appropriate diameter, you can obtain the required performance and save the cost of the variable frequency motor. The specially designed bushing and impeller structure enables the pump to achieve higher efficiency and high lift.

Design Features:
• Single stage, single suction, suspended shaft, centrifugal, double shell, hard metal horizontal slurry pump design.

• Secondary Impeller Seal (Centrifugal Seal) – The rotating secondary impeller creates a negative force to prevent slurry leakage. For applications where the suction pressure does not exceed 10% of the discharge pressure, single-stage pumps or the first stage of a tandem pump. The auxiliary impeller seal does not require flushing water and does not dilute the slurry. The sealing is better than the gland sealing.
