Assembly and disassembly of SH single-stage double-suction large-flow intermediate-opening centrifugal pump:
1. Assemble the rotor components: install the impeller, shaft sleeve, sleeve nut, packing sleeve, packing ring, packing gland, water retaining ring, and bearing. Install the parts on the pump shaft in sequence, put on the double-suction sealing ring, and then install the coupling. Axis.
2. Install the rotor component on the pump body, adjust the axial position of the impeller to the middle of the double-suction sealing rings on both sides for fixation, and tighten the bearing body gland with fixing screws.
3. Install the packing, put in the middle mouth paper pad, cover the pump cover and tighten the screw tail pin, then tighten the pump cover nut, and finally install the tomb gland. However, the packing should not be pressed too tightly, which will cause the bushing to heat up and consume a lot of power, nor should it be pressed too loose, which will cause a large amount of liquid leakage and reduce the efficiency of the pump.
After the assembly is completed, turn the pump shaft by hand without friction and the rotation will be smooth and even. When disassembling, follow the reverse order of the above assembly.
