Our pumps are constructed from durable materials such as high chromium alloys to ensure a long service life and minimal maintenance. They are also capable of operating over a wide range of temperatures and pressures, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
· With a range of original wet-end components and different material combinations, the H-Series slurry pumps offer versatility and multi-angle adjustment to ensure the most suitable pumping solution for any given application.
· Flexible design, available in a variety of sizes and materials, with or without lining
· Large open internal channels and discharge vanes improve flow within the pump and reduce internal speed and wear
· Features a reversible housing (open design) that allows the discharge direction to be positioned as right vertical (standard clockwise) or left vertical (counterclockwise), providing greater layout flexibility
· Two-piece cover provides easy access to the pump interior for impeller and throat sleeve replacement
· Low-flow design stuffing box increases packing life and reduces gland seal water usage by up to 50%
· Quick wet-end changes help reduce plant downtime
· Made of the latest wear-resistant material technology to extend the wear life of the pump, all H-series slurry pump spare parts are fully interchangeable with the most common slurry pump designs in the industry. Our high-quality spare parts can be installed into existing pumps to improve performance and extend service life.
Product Description
AH and AHH wear-resistant slurry pumps are horizontal, vertical, and double-shell slurry pumps. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal linings, which are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy materials. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles. AH China Slurry Pumps are heavy-duty slurry pumps with various impeller and shaft seals perfectly suited for various applications. AH slurry pumps have excellent wear life while maintaining efficiency over the wear cycle, providing the best total operating costs. AH China slurry pumps together with the TZJD series slurry pumps provide a complete choice for most tasks in the factory. From cyclone feed to regrind, flotation, and tailings, AH China slurry pumps are the best choice.
Design Features:
• Bearing Assembly – Large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and helps extend bearing life. Only four through bolts are needed to secure the cartridge housing in the frame.
• Liners – Easy-to-replace liners are secured to the housing with bolts rather than glue for a secure connection and easy maintenance. Rigid metal liners are fully interchangeable with molded elastomers.
• Elastomeric sealing rings support all liner joints.
• Enclosure – Half enclosure made of cast iron or ductile iron with external stiffeners to provide high operating pressure capability and additional safety measures.
Impeller – Front and rear covers feature pump-out vanes to reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal impellers and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
• Cast impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High-efficiency and high-lift designs are also available.
• Use of tapered mating surfaces reduces throat liner wear and simplifies maintenance, allowing for precise alignment during assembly and simple disassembly.
• One-piece frame – A very strong one-piece frame supports the cartridge bearing and shaft assembly.
• There is an external impeller adjustment mechanism under the bearing box to facilitate adjustment of the impeller space.
