The WQ type non-clogging submersible sewage system is a new generation of water pump product successfully developed based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology and the characteristics of domestic water pumps. This series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively deliver media containing solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts the form of a single flow channel or double flow channel, which is similar to an elbow with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow performance. It has a reasonable volute chamber and high pump efficiency. The height and impeller have undergone dynamic and static balance tests to ensure that the pump does not vibrate during operation.
The hydraulic performance of this pump is advanced and mature. After testing, all performance indicators of the product have reached relevant standards.

5. There is an oil and water probe in the pump oil chamber. When the mechanical seal on the pump side is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, the probe generates a signal to protect the pump.
6. According to user needs, a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped to monitor water leakage, leakage, overload, overtemperature, etc. of the pump to ensure reliable and safe operation of the pump.
7. The double guide rail automatic coupling installation system brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump. People do not have to enter and exit the sewage pit for this purpose.
8. The float switch can automatically control the stop and start of the water pump according to the required water level changes, without the need for special supervision.
9. Ensure that the motor is not overloaded within the operating lift range.
10. Depending on the application, the motor can use a water jacket external circulation cooling system to ensure the safe operation of the electric pump in a waterless (dry) state.
